Q Can I customize the color of my case?
A Yes, besides the regular black color, we offer a variety of colors and also can add your logo for a personalized touch.

Q Can you do foam material processing too?
A Yes. We have our own processing line for the foam insert.

Q Can you do both design and drawing of foam? If yes, how can we ask you to make a drawing? Do you need any sample from our side which would be stored in the case?
A We can design the foam layout for you.
If you can send sample products to our workshop would be better, easier for our engineering job.
If sample to us is not available, you should provide detailed drawing/dimension of all the products you will put in the case.

A Yes, we do. Please inform the branding way you plan to run.

Q Do you have any support center for troubleshooting?
A All cases undergo strict inspection and testing before leaving the factory to ensure absolute sealing, waterproofing, and no deformation. You can contact me if any quality issues.

Q What is your warranty condition?
A Except for uncontrollable factors or man-made damage, during the 12-month normal use period of the case, we will provide warranty for the case and provide free replacement of sealing strips or fasteners and other accessories. But the shipping cost must be covered by the buyer.
