The trolley case is constructed from impact-resistant polypropylene material. All hardware components are made of stainless steel, which extends service life in humid or dusty working environments. Reinforced corners and edges add extra structural integrity for impact and drop scenarios. The integrated slot system with one-shot injection watertight seal forms a continuous barrier along the case opening. The case also features an automatic pressure release valve to balance internal and external air pressure during altitude or temperature changes, preventing seal damage from pressure differences.
The case is fitted with 2 smooth ABS pulley wheels, each equipped with stainless steel bearings for stable rolling performance. The wheels support smooth movement across flat and slightly uneven surfaces, reducing physical effort for transporting heavy equipment loads. The sturdy base plate provides additional stability when the case is placed on uneven ground.
A patented platelike retractable handle, with 1 unit included per case, adjusts to accommodate users of different heights. The case also has 3 soft-wrapped grip handles placed at multiple positions, allowing alternative carrying methods for short-distance movement. The engineered concavo-convex foot-pits enable stable stacking of multiple cases, supporting efficient storage and bulk transit for commercial users.
